I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at the Fort Pierce location on 7/31. I ordered two large Smooth 7 drinks and even left a 15% tip, despite the lack of friendliness from the person taking my order. When I got to the window, I was handed drinks in medium-sized cups. Naturally, I questioned it and was told that it was “the same recipe” as a large and that the employee upfront should have informed me they had run out of large cups. That explanation alone was frustrating—if I am paying for a large, I expect to receive a large, or at the very least be informed before completing my purchase so I can decide how to proceed. However, what made the situation significantly worse was what happened next. As the employee continued explaining, she placed her bare hand directly over the opening of my drinks no gloves, no cover. At that point, I was completely disgusted. Not only is that extremely unsanitary, but it also reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic food safety standards. To add insult to injury, I was essentially being told why it should “make sense” that I paid for a large drink but received it in a medium cup. That is unacceptable. I am a regul

Jayden and Amelia are the absolute best! They were friendly at 9:46 pm as if we were on morning shift! The drinks were super delicious and they had great recommendations! This is why we looooveee 7 brews! Next time you go try the Lavendar chiller

I had a very disappointing experience at Seven Brew Coffee. I ordered an Americano, but what I got made no sense—they handed me one cup with a double shot of espresso and a separate cup with milk. That’s not an Americano. It’s supposed to be espresso with water, not separated like that. I also ordered a muffin top, and it was completely frozen solid. I couldn’t even bite into it. On top of that, I waited about 10–15 minutes in the drive-thru. The total came out to over $9, which makes this even more frustrating given the quality and service. Overall, a poor experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.

Stella and Grace are the perfect duo! Both are excellent at what they do. I tried a new drink today and it was super yummy. And my pup got his pup cup and was very happy too. Thank you for making the end of my day special. 🙂

I love coming to this 7 brew!! I’ve been coming for a couple months now and I’ve been treated well and have bonded here and there with the workers. I usually get the cinnamon roll and have also liked the Irish cream one! They definitely get busy sometimes but have always been attentive🩵(picture is after many sips). Also the muffin tops are massive and SOOO yummy😋Thank you 7brew crew!!
